Research Information Sheet — Management Staff Survey

You are invited to participate in a MBBC research study: "Workplace Illness Trends and Productivity Impact in the Bangladesh RMG Sector — Management Perspective."

Purpose: To collect observations and experiences of line managers and supervisors regarding illness trends among workers and the impact on absenteeism and production output.

Who should complete this: Line supervisors, line chiefs, section in-charges, floor managers, production officers, IE officers, and department heads who directly oversee workers.

Confidentiality: Responses are completely confidential. No factory names or personal identities will be published. Data will be used for academic research only.

Voluntariness: Participation is entirely voluntary and will have no bearing on your employment.

Duration: Approximately 12–15 minutes.
