Research Information Sheet — HR Professional Survey

You are invited to participate in a MBBC research study: "Workplace Illness Trends and Productivity Impact in the Bangladesh RMG Sector — HR Perspective."


Purpose: To understand how worker health and illness patterns affect HR operations, absenteeism management, workforce retention, and overall factory productivity — from the perspective of HR professionals working in the RMG industry.


Who should complete this: HR Managers, HR Officers, Welfare Officers, Compliance Officers, Admin Managers, and any HR professionals who manage worker health, leave, and wellbeing in RMG factories.


Confidentiality: All responses are completely confidential. No names, factory identities, or company-specific data will be published. All data is used solely for academic research.


Voluntariness: Participation is entirely voluntary and has no bearing on your employment or professional standing.


Duration: Approximately 15–20 minutes.
